Bamonte's

Though populated increasingly by hipsters from its ever-gentrifying neighborhood, Bamonte's has remained the same for much of its 108 years on a quiet Williamsburg side street. Many of the waiters look as if they've been serving those generous platters of pasta and piccata for half a century, because, well, they have. Large parties of Italian families and newfangled diners celebrating birthdays all enjoy the charmingly brusque service, the ornate decor and the generous servings of the classics.
