Marco Canora has quite a legacy of cooking in New York: After moving from Gramercy Tavern to Craft to Hearth, Canora, along with his partners, opened this Midtown gem in 2007 to much fanfare. The double-sided menu offers both traditional and contemporary dishes; feel free to pair your gnudi with a roasted lamb roulade with chanterelles and and fava beans.
