This Coney Island–style hot dog joint sets a savory standard with its all-natural beef wieners and dozens of homemade toppings. The Windsor Weenie re-creates a classic Reuben with a pastrami-wrapped dog topped with sauerkraut, just the right amount of Swiss cheese melted to gooey perfection, and thick spicy brown mustard, all of which is sandwiched into a pillowy Rockland bun that easily peels apart with each bite.
