You’re the reigning champion. Are you nervous to defend your title today?
Not really. As long as I don’t drop it and hit my marks, I will be OK.

So what is your routine like?
It starts out with one minute of slow tossing, and then all of a sudden the song breaks into this fast crazy stuff.

So your routine is set to music, sorta like figure skating?
The music is by My Chemical Romance. I don’t know the names of the songs, but it fits my style of tossing really well.  

OK, what do you think of New York pizza?
Last year I went to all these places with brick, coal and wood-burning ovens. Coal is my favorite because the burnt part on top has this amazing flavor.
