Let me guess, Philly has the best pizza in the word.
You can’t beat South Philly pizza. It’s really thick crust, and there are multiple cheeses, usually mozzarella, parmesan and light cheddar. And the sauce is really thick. It’s more of a gravy than a watery sauce with garlic, oregano and tomato pieces. And I’m not talking about that brown stuff found on mashed potatoes. Real Italians know what I’m talking about.
