What pizza are you going to make to defend your title?
The same one from last year. It’s Cajun style pie with a provolone/mozzarella blend topped with marinated chicken breast, crumbled bacon, chopped celery, parmesan, oregano, more mozzarella for good measure and to glue everything together. So when it comes out I’ll draw several lines of blue cheese on there to complement the chicken and the Cajun sauce. It’s good stuff. People will drive two hours to eat our pizza.
