What was the first Quick Fire Challenge like?
Very stressful! I got really, really nervous when I saw all the cameras. I was sweating and really didn't know what the hell was going on.
Where do you cook now?
Out on Long Island at the Babylon Carriage House. I don't know if you've heard of it but I do Italian-American and Asian cuisine. It's an awesome, awesome place to go.
Once you appear on the show, how are things going to change?
I think very good things will happen.
