David Lynch (pictured): We're pairing "The Song Remains" with two crisply acidic, chalky, mouth-tingling whites. Think about that opening guitar riff—that jangling makes me think of the bubbles rising in a glass of Champagne. We've really captured the spirit of these wines. Their acidity, their raciness, the treble. It's all about the treble.
Mike Edison: It's all about the drums...they sound like Norse Gods battling Gene Krupa...
Random comment by Rich from Long Island (the best guest of the night): This is great. The entire menu is a stairway to heaven.
