The Food: Pappardelle with wild mushrooms (funghi trifolati). Light and earthy, just like Robert Plant's hair.

The Wine: California Central Coast Pinot Noir. While more geo-appropriate, hearty Napa bombs are too heavy for Plant's homage to free love, flowers and other San Fran hippie-isms.
