Pulled pork with truffled grits, scallions and radishes
Sweet porcine gods, this is so much better than the one we sampled back at Smoke Joint early last year. The pulled pork was juicy, the truffle oil added some magical aroma to the grits, and a sprinkling of scallions and radish delivered the proper proportion of crunch.
