You get the sense that the charming husband-and-wife owners have collected their favorite staples from their travels and whipped it up into this pleasing, globally inspired French bistro. Taking a cue from its name (French for "around the world"), the menu starts in France for breakfast, with coffee and baked-on-premises croissants; by lunch it spreads to the Mediterranean with paninis; and by dinner you're globe-trotting from a Waldorf salad to a grilled Uruguay shell steak to a seaweed pasta. Mustard-yellow walls and a small counter-bar make it a warm atmosphere for a quick espresso or a longer sit-down for Clinton Hillers.
