This charming (if not a tad out-of-the-way) petite bistro brings organic, contemporary French cuisine to Red Hook's restaurant row. The main draw is the $25 three-course seasonal prix-fixe menu that changes daily and offers a choice of three appetizers, three entrées, and three desserts. Owner Arnaud Erhart (who did time at both Balthazar and Jean Georges) pairs his dishes with over 40 well-priced wines -- all of which are made with minimal intervention and don't cost above $40.
