f you are patient person and can happily wait on the phone, happily wait in line, and happily wait for service, I would happily go to Bar Boulud right now. While the homemade artisanal charcuterie made by Sylvain Gasdon, disciple of Gilles Verot, is outstanding, there are still many kinks that still need to be ironed out here.
