The owners of yet another French bistro Times Square are not looking to re-create the wheel: The 80-seat spot caters to the theater crowd and tourists, from dawn into to wee hours of the morning. The space has been kept simple, with wood and mirrored walls, a long bar, and a Gallic menu that features all the classics: a daily whole fish, steak tartare, steak frites, sweetbreads with sauteed apples, and French onion soup.
