Opened in 1980 by brothers Jacques, Samuel and Albert Capsouto, the award-winning menu is a harmonious blend of innovative and traditional French cuisine. As a tribute to the spectacular signature soufflés, Capsouto Frères has affectionately been dubbed the "soufflé sanctuary" and no visit is complete with sampling the enchanting dessert.
