I took a party of 9 friends to this restaurant for brunch today. Had been there before and it was fine; not today. There was a mix-up with the food; the person serving the food (not the person who took the orders) did not know who got what or what each omelet contained. Several of the orders were completly wrong. Two of the people came 35 minutes late; they got their order before 2 of us did because the food had to be re-made. There was no indication that they were sorry. It was almost as if it was our fault. It got worse. When a coffee refill was requested, we were told that would cost. Seems to me at this point we should have been given the coffee entirely for free. Then the bill came and we were overcharged. Again, they acted as if it was our fault (or perhaps their computer!) No personal responsibility was taken. I eat out several times a week; I have never been treated this way before. DON'T GO.
