If the stunning Four Seasons hotel wasn't grand enough, famed chef Joel Robuchon came along and brought one of the more buzzworhy restaurants to hit town. On the heels of his boites in Las Vegas, Tokyo and Paris, Robuchon serves up delicate French- and Asian-influenced dishes, but at $120 for a veal chop dish, they should really toss in a hotel room for good measure.
