I went to L'Atelier in Paris at the Hotel Montalmart for lunch when iwas in Paris 2 weeks ago. We had a fun time.The waiters were great and the food was wonderful.the best part was the pistachio souffle. Iasked to work in the kitchen and they said yes .unfortunetky i had too many commitments to do it this time but next time i wil do it. they could not hae been nicer.
I have not been to the one n New York but plan to go soon. enjoy it isan ineresting experience but an expensive one. due to the euro vs. the dollar
