The upstairs lounge features several of the clubby trappings you might expect, such as plasma screens, a DJ booth, cushy couches and a glass balcony overlooking diners. The cuisine—a safe blend of New American and Asian-fusion—features kicky, low-maintenance standouts like the Kung Pow burger and Ying Yang chicken wings.
