I went here for lunch the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the upgrades they have made- outdoor seating and a new, better menu. The egg sandwiches are amazing as was the potatoe side. Also any place that has a side of avocado is ace in my book. Can't wait to go back for more breakfast, lunches and dinners.

Charming Addition to the Frankies' Empire

Overall rating:

Frankies 457 is one of my favorite places but the wait can often be tedious so drinking next door at Prime Meats is a great way to pass the time. Although as of the first week of March, it too will have a full fledged menu so I am bracing myself for the crowds.
