Meaning "one hundred wines" in Italian, Centovini is true to its name. This chic classic- to modern-Italian restaurant hybrid is likely to delight wine enthusiasts and fans of the cuisine alike. The wine list (indeed containing no less than a hundred choices) is all Italian -- and so is the food, though both acknowledge contemporary influences. Dishes like the pollo arrosto come replete with greens such as well seasoned asparagus, but the primary nod to modernism is in the restaurant's design -- tables and stools are made of chrome and white leather, and quirky paintings and adornments complete the look.
