Willing to eat their cutlery if Tom Valenti had made it, Upper West Side foodies and celebs followed the star chef from Ouest to this modernized Old World Italian eatery. Like the house cocktail, Tom pulled a Sicilian Screw—he left—but the tannin-colored iron-and-wood dining room and rustic, meaty menu remain, as do the faithful.
