Small plates abound at this stylish, tin-ceilinged Italian tapas restaurant/bar/best place to enjoy a glass of wine with accompanying cheeses at noon. Co-chefs and owners Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo have created the closest thing to a scene on lower Court Street, and their first-come, first-serve policy keeps the wait list long and the demand high. Fortunately, the food is worth it: A veritable mixed bag of Italian meets, cheeses, vegetable antipasti and crostini are yours for the choosing. Diners can opt for the slightly larger portions of sandwiches and pastas, but really, it’s more fun to sample a little bit of everything.
