What a disappointment! My daughter and I were in New York for the weekend and visited Otto Saturday evening. After being promptly seated no one came by to ask if we wanted anything for 25 minutes. The hostess took pity and came by to take drink orders and came by later to take our dinner order. We saw our server exactly twice - once to ask if I wanted another glass of wine, and once to give us our bill, after I asked the hostess for the check. We were so upset by the experience that we couldn't handle staying for dessert. On our way out, when I spoke to the manager about our experience, she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because I had not spoken up earlier. If you choose to eat here, take my advice and complain early and often. Talk about resting on your laurels.
