In 2000, restaurateurs Elio Guaitolini (owner of Elio's and other uptown locales) and Rocco Cadolini teamed up to open Roc, a classically trendy Italian seafood eatery that's been busy ever since. Arched doorways, exposed brick, and sweeping white curtains outfit the dinning room, while very professional waiters are happy to answer any questions regarding the much lauded menu. Grilled assorted sausage on a bed of broccoli rabe and paper-thin beef carpaccio are two dishes worth trying.

Surprising very good. Not busy yet, but will be. Pastas we cook to perfection. Solid wine list. Good for business or a date!
