Move over bulgogi, there’s a new highly coveted Asian food stuff in (Korea) town. Located along a busting stretch of 32nd Street, this katsu and sake den serves a variety of homemade ramen—pork, vegetable, soy sauce. We’re thrilled about this development, not only because we heart noodles, but because HaruHana is located a block from our office. Carb coma, anyone? The fried offerings (that’s what katsu means in Japanese) are impressive as well, including pork loin, mozzarella and pumpkin. Dumplings (gyoza, schmei), marinated tofu, teriyaki and a full sushi bar are also available. Sakes range from $6 to $72 a bottle. Lunch should not be ignored—over 25 plates are available for under $10, including chicken katsu, broiled eel and ramen. Did we mention ramen?
