In a city where the status quo is often bucked and radical thinking holds free reign, it's nice to know that tradition is appreciated. Rosanjin celebrates the Japanese kaiseki practice of turning a meal into a journey. Carefully planned tastings consisting of upwards of 9 courses are served with precision and exact timing. Even the restaurant's design is Zen—porcelain bowls and lacquer dishes sit atop black tables, and recessed lighting casts a spot light on the food.
