An offshoot of SoHo's Woo Lae Oak, Bann brings allure to its restaurant with soft lighting, chocolate-colored chairs of wood, and menus printed on leather-bound rice paper. Their menu includes barbecues of various dishes including ''O Ree'' (duck breast) and ''Yun Aw'' (Atlantic salmon), and examples of ''traditional'' dishes are ''Do Mi Jim'' (red snapper). Some seem Korean-customary, like barbecued beef tongue or braised oxtail, but for the most part, the dishes are friendly to the American palate. ''Konbe!''
