Push through the oversized doors, and you're in another of Steve Hanson's huge, busy restaurant meccas. This time, though, Hanson has produced a South of the Border restaurant for the well-heeled masses (the place seats as many as 275 at a time). The dinner menu has its share of old favorites—tacos, guacamole—but there are unexpected dishes, too, like a steak served with tomato salsa.
