Fans of Moustache Pitza's two downtown locations know the drill: an affordable menu of Middle Eastern standbys (hummus, falafel, grilled baby lamb ribs), served with piping-hot pita bread that's puffed up like a giant bread balloon. Besides the usual suspects, the menu offers half a dozen "pitzas," like the exotic Lahambajin (ground lamb, onion, tomato, parsley and spices) and more standard options like tomato and cheese. For the beer and pitza set, a few rare brews like Moroccan Casablanca and Efes Pilsner from Turkey meld well with the fertile-crescent styled pies. It’s time for Harlem to rock a Moustache of its own.
