Shalizar showcases an underappreciated cuisine, offering a chance to expand your culinary horizons. And if you're a fan of other Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food (Moroccan, Greek), the prevalent eggplant, lamb and yogurt should be well within your comfort zone.
