You could do worse than spend a comfortable weekend afternoon getting summer-buzzed on $4 cans of micro-brewed Porkslap Ale, $3 PBRs and $4 Bloody Marys. The food is solid as well: Tender pulled pork sandwiches, corn on the cob (with just the right amount of butter and seasoning), spicy chicken wings, cheese fries, calamari and watermelon slices are all ideal outdoor fare, and all fall in the pleasantly budget $3-$9 range. It's not the healthiest of cuisines, but who gives a damn when you're got the breeze in your hair and a cold Corona in your hand. Take note: It can get packed. And hot. Get there before 7 p.m. on weekdays to land a table, and on weekends as close to opening as you can.
