I have been to Fiamma a few times since the old chef left and a new one was brought in. The new menu is completely different and a wonderful surprise to what was previously served at the restaurant. The food is very rich and presentation is exquisite. I highly recommend the lamb pasta and the duck entree and my companion absolutely loved his veal. What a wonderful change to a great restaurant. It made the restaurant that much better for me!
