Great pictures! I got to try a Kobe beef burger a few weeks ago at Uncle Jack's Steakhouse up on 34th Street. I had heard a lot about how great Kobe beef was supposed to be, and wasn't sure what I would get. But it was exactly what a burger should be--all rich and juicy perfectly-cooked meat, greens and onions and the bun it came on was so good it could be eaten by itself. A big portion of crispy and handsomely-cut steak fries. I plan on going back the next chance I get.
