What are you thankful for this year?
I am thankful for my children and wonderful friends that surround me. I am also thankful that I got to travel and see so many beautiful places in the world.
Where will you be and what will you be doing this Thanksgiving?
I will be cooking at home with my kids in Boston. Thanksgiving is never a day off for a chef!
What is your go-to Thanksgiving side dish?
I always make my popular sausage and corn bread stuffing. The family pretty much demands that it is on the menu. I make homemade corn bread, cook an array of sausages up, and then I cut it up and cube the cornbread. I use stock to keep it firm and then add my secret spices. It bakes along with the turkey.
