What are you thankful for this year?
The travel opportunities that I have had, including Turkey, Thailand, China, Mexico—they have really enhanced my life by offering such incredibly diverse cultural and culinary experiences.
Where will you be and what will you be doing this Thanksgiving?
I will be up very early to prepare boxed Thanksgiving dinners at Dos Caminos. We donate those to Meals On Wheels. After, I will catch a train to my aunt's house on Long Island, where the food is always great and I am not allowed to cook.
What is your go-to Thanksgiving side dish?
I love a cranberry-jalapeno relish. It is so simple to make-place cranberries, a little jalapeno, sugar and orange juice and zest into a food processor, and process until combined and season with salt. It is great on turkey.
