What are you thankful for this year?
I'm thankful for winning the James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service and for making the top 10 most popular list in Zagat Survey. I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to work with great people who share the same vision. Also on a more personal note, I'm thankful for having finished remodeling my living room, that I qualified for the 2009 Boston Marathon and for getting engaged!
Where will you be and what will you be doing this Thanksgiving?
I'll be working at the restaurant and then celebrating Thanksgiving with our team.
Your go-to Thanksgiving side dish?
Stuffing with pork sausage, chestnuts and figs. Sauté the turkey livers, fennel and onions, then add sausage, chestnuts and figs. Add dried white bread and cooking liquid from the turkey to make sure the stuffing is moist. Bake in ovenproof dish.
