In his latest challenge, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto (Morimoto) teams up with Oregon-based Rogue Ales to take on the Imperial Pilsner. The result? This robustly bitter beer with floral and herbal undertones that pairs well with seafood and poultry dishes (in other words, Morimoto's omakase menu).
