Michael Psilakis and partner Donatella Arpaia are rockin’ it in ’08: First, they’ve unveiled Mia Dona, their highly anticipated follow-up the well-received (but prematurely shuttered) Dona. Now, they’ve got a Best New Restaurant nod—NYC’s only representation in this category—for Anthos, their haute Hellenic outpost in Midtown.
