We won’t hold it against you for doing a double-take: This year’s list of nominees includes three holdovers from last year—Terrance Brennan (Picholine), Wylie Dufresne (wd-50) and Gabriel Kreuther (The Modern). Going mano-a-mano with them are Gramercy Tavern’s Michael Anthony (pictured, left) and some guy named David Chang.
