Bonnie's Grill: Meat
Unfortunately, I didn't get many details on the makeup of this burger, but my lips did the talking. The spiced Black Angus sirloin burger is the only option, and it performed well. Sirloin is typically a 90/10 mix and lacks the fat for substantial flavor, but they made up for it in every other way. The burger was loosely ground, loosely packed and cooked on a blazing-hot grill top. As a result, this burger melts in your mouth. The spice rub is nothing special, but it does add some saltiness and a slight kick to the final product. Ideally, they'd turn the heat down a touch as the grill flavor was overpowering on the edges.
