Bonnie's Grill: Verdict
The sins of a soggy kaiser roll and lightly flavored beef were certainly notable, but didn't keep Bonnie's from being our champ. In the end, it's eight years of experience that have kept this Park Slope staple on top. Cook it loose and hot, use good beef, and don't bother with piles of add-ons. They're far from perfect, but I'll be stopping here whenever I need a break from the weekend Slope crowds.
