Brooklyn Flipsters: Side Notes
Typical bar fare like wings and fried calamari is offered at the front of the menu, but I skipped that and went straight to the fries. At the recommendation of the waitress, I tried the shoestring fries, which are, thankfully, poorly named. They're about the thickness of a McDonald's fry (nice), but were definitely undercooked (not nice). I'd recommend you ask for them well-done.
