Brooklyn Flipsters: Bun
So close. They're using a simple white-bread bun without seeds or other adornments and made sure to give it a decent browning on the griddle. It stayed together, sopped up all the juice and generally served its purpose. It's just a touch too doughy though. A good bun should be airy and smashable, and this one wasn't quite there.
