Brooklyn Flipsters: Condiments

Flipsters offers seven cheeses and seven specialty toppings. I ordered one burger with just American cheese, as well as the Brooklyn Flipster Burger, which is topped with bacon, mozzarella and caramelized onions. The flavor combination of the Flipster just didn't work. The bacon was tasty enough, but overpowering and clashed with the super-sweet onions. As for the plain-jane American cheeseburger: I mostly noticed the pickles, which were nearly perfect-crisp, fresh and delicious. Going simple is key here.
