Brooklyn Flipsters: Gimmick

Brooklyn Flipsters has the loftiest aspirations of our trio. They've taken over the primo space previously occupied by Brooklyn Burger Bar, at Seventh Avenue and Ninth Street, and reformatted the menu with a dozen burger options—the offbeat offerings range from bison burgers to "Burger Surprise," a 7-ounce patty stuffed with blue cheese and bacon. The inclusion of a chicken pesto burger makes me wary, but I'll try not to judge too early.
