What does Tom look for in contestants?
I think Colicchio is looking for somebody who is following the rules of the contest—oftentimes people are sticking to their own guns and whatnot.
What do you bring to the table?
The passion. Not many people can do this 15 to 18 hours a day, six days a week, 300 days a year. The fact that I found a vocation out of love, not out of necessity.
