If you won “Top Chef,” what would your restaurant be like?
I would do a Mexican restaurant in Old City. It would be a beautiful place with traditional Mexican food, but high-scale with tapas, enchiladas, quesadillas. If you want real Mexican food, you would find it there. It would be called Blue Agave.
