Running on the belief that a dish should have three perfect ingredients, chef and co-owner Andrew Feinberg, along with wife Francine Stephens, creates perfect pizzas in their purest form. Cooked in a wood-burning brick oven, the pies are topped with ingredients like potato, bread crumbs, fontina cheese and pancetta, which is cured in-house. The most simple of pizzas is sprinkled with a bit of rosemary and garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Save room for their organic ingredient appetizers like chicken liver crostini and charred eggplant with pine nuts.
