Hey commuters: Stop cursing the Grand Central Terminal crowds and make a quick stop at its well-stocked market before jumping on the train instead. Gourmands-on-the-go now have another reason to celebrate: Murray's Real Salami (yep, from the cheese guys) will be dishing out a huge variety of meats from the former Pylones spot. Murray's owner Rob Kaufelt and his staff are expanding beyond their usual lactose-packed offerings by focusing their efforts on cured meats, sausages, rillettes and the like at their new shop. From Vermont Smoke & Cure pepperoni bites ($1.99) to the king of cured meats, Jamon Ibérico de Bellota ($99 per pound), there's something for every taste and budget. Hungry travelers who can't wait to get home to dig into their purchases can always grab some bread at the Corrado stall next door, pile on some of Murray’s complementary upscale condiments (McClure’s pickles, Katchkie ketchup) and enjoy a Euro-style snack on their ride home.
